Perfect!
This foundation is wonderful. The formula is as good as a high end luxury foundation. I have used so many bottles of this, and no matter how many other foundations I try, I always go back to this one. Sadly elf is discontinuing this product and it has been replaced by the Soft Glam Satin Foundation, that it is also good but not better than this one.I love how it blends super easy. It has a medium coverage that you can build and it really lasts all day without breaking in certain spots or looking patchy. I have combo skin that is acnee prone and it makes my skin look flawless. It covers all imperfections, yet it looks very natural and it feels ligh on the skin. It is perfect and the price is incredible. Get it while you can….this is a gem

Great coverage for aging skin, but they DID overdo the perfume.
Soo…I’m cheap. Not sorry ð! I never fall for those social media products. Ever. Until Il Makiage foundation. Only because my beauty struggle in life has been finding the right shade for me. And this time my struggle overpowered my cheapness, lol. So I order the product and lo and behold. It’s true. It matched me flawlessly. The only thing is that the coverage is for younger people. It’s thick and drying and I’m old, thats not gonna work for me. So I returned it, but now that I had that knowledge in my arsenal of knowing what shade fit me, I went online and found a website called Findation . com that matches you with your same shade in almost any other brand, to other other brands. It pulled this one up and knowing ELF is affordable, I figured I’d start with this one. I’ve never used ELF foundations and sure enough my shade was not sold in most stores :/ . So I ordered here and tried it. It ALSO matched perfectly!! It has light, silky, buildable coverage great for my skin. The whole time I had been using more orange based foundations, not knowing I actually had a cool pink undertone. The only drawback is, although I’m older, I’m not 80, and the smell reminds me of the cheap perfume Grandma wore in the 80s only because it was cheap. I’ll try it for a while and see if I can stand the smell, but it does stay on the product for about an hour after applying, so if it bothers me enough ill finish this bottle but go back onto the website and find the next affordably priced foundation.So for anyone else that has had this struggle, take one of those new online quizzes to find your right shade like on Il Makiage, take your match and go to Findation . com, and choose a brand that you are comfortable spending your money on. If you already have your matching shade but might be struggling with the price of your brand, try going to that website to find a lower priced product. As for ELF, its non-drying, light, buildable coverage is absolutely wonderful, I don’t regret purchasing it. I’m so happy I have my matching shade in an affordable brand! But if you are sensitive to perfumes, please skip it, it’s very strong.To ELF: your product is fantastic, but please take out the perfume or use something more subtle so more people might enjoy your brand.

Was looking for talc-free make up. Bingo! Elf fits the bill and itâs so cheap! Was shocked to find that itâs also high quality. Saving money and getting safer, better make up! This is a no brainer.

Nice finish but causes breakouts
The coverage was great and smooth. It has a very faint but pleasant smell. However, for someone who doesn’t have sensitive skin.. this tore my face up. I got pimples everywhere. I use the concealer so I wouldn’t imagine this being an issue but it definitely was.

A great affordable foundation
This is currently my favorite drugstore foundation and one of my favorite foundations overall.The pros:-Medium coverage with a natural finish that blends flawlessly on my skin-Beige happens to match my fair skin perfectly (best complexion match of any drugstore foundation I’ve tried)-Great all-day wear-Super affordable-Love the pump dispenserThe cons:-Really only one con: Fragrance. I detest strong fragrances in my makeup products and would prefer fragrance free. The fragrance isn’t crazy strong, but it is quite noticeable and I don’t love how it smells, but I’ve somewhat gotten used over time. Luckily dissipates fairly quickly after applying. The product itself is so good that I’m willing to put up with it.

Great foundation for dry skin
I have dry skin and deal with eczema, so I often have issues with foundation looking cakey and making my pores more noticeable. I was pleasantly surprised by this foundation. It’s lightweight and blends really well. I have freckles and don’t want to cover them up, and this foundation blends so well that you can barely tell I’m wearing makeup. I have fair skin and the pearl shade is perfect. I used a hydrating primer (Wet and Wild Prime Focus Primer) under the foundation, and then used a contouring stick (Wet and Wild MegaGlo), and it looked really good. Makeup sometimes looks bad after all-day wear, but my makeup held up and looked good even after hours of wearing it while running errands.If you have dry skin I highly recommend this foundation with the primer I mentioned above.

Es liquido pero al esparcerlo por el rostro da un efecto terso, suave, y muy ligero lo cual me encantò ya que por lo general las bases suelen sentirse pesadas al ser puestas.Al ser aplicado se seca inmediatamente y tiene excelente cobertura en el rostro. Been using this in the shade Snow for 2 years now.Love the price, the coverage, and the ease. I really don’t know anything about makeup and first bought this two years ago due to the price and have used it ever since. Doesn’t get cakey on my face and I don’t even feel it, forgetting I’m wearing it most of the time. I work as a waitress long hours at a nightclub and it lasts all night, doesn’t soak up sweat, and keeps me looking smooth and glowing! I also love the colour match to my skin.I have to say, however, that I did first buy it in-store, which is why it matches so well. I can only find this online now which is annoying for trying to guess what shade to buy when I tan and have been lucky so far, but it is a bit frustrating. This obviously doesn’t affect the product but I did have to include that as a disclaimer for anyone who is seeking this product to try out a cheaper foundation when they’re not well versed in makeup (the reason I also first bought it). Always try and find a match in person!As a product in itself, however, it works well for me. I only wish it weren’t in a square glass bottle so I could thoroughly and easily get the last bit of product out so I can use it until the last drop.
