   Lovit it! Great for preventing ingrown hairs!
   UPDATED REVIEW:It’s been six months of use, and the hair buffer is still going strong. I used to have « chicken skin » and it was such a complex that I always wore shirts with sleeves. The bumps haven’t completely disappeared, but they’re mainly only apparent to me, who clearly is more critical of my skin than anyone else would be. I loved how silky it made my skin feel, but now I have people commenting on how smooth my skin looks. The skin exfoliation you get in addition to hair removal is probably the best benefit. I’ve started to buy these for random small gift needs. They’re definitely going to be stocking stuffers this year. The only thing I would say to ensure the best performance is to clean the buffer every time you use it.ORIGINAL REVIEW:As I aged, the hair on my arms and legs have gotten finer and finer, up to the point that no one notices if I haven’t shaved for months (except for my husband lol). I also have keratosis pilaris, which tends to cause ingrown hairs from my weak hair follicles. I’ve tried various creams and treatments, and this hair remover seems to be the best solution for me so far.So I’ve tried other buff away hair removers, and they end up just abrading my skin and leaving the hairs in tact, because they’re so fine. This one actually works, and with less force and effort than the other sandpaper type buff removers. Don’t get me wrong, if you overbuff, you WILL hurt. It’s like the worst razer burn you’ve had in your life.I’ve had the best results with moving the buffer in fairly large circular motions or just moving vertically, then horizontally across the surface. You don’t need to apply much pressure at all. I’d do minimal buffing the first time to see if it causes any pain, then progressively do more later. The first patch I tested felt fine when I was doing it, but 10min later, it turned red and burned when I applied lotion. Instructions say to use creams or lotions beforehand for sensitive skin. I did that for the small hairs on my upper lip, and it worked perfectly. My skin is super smooth and the baby hairs are gone. I’ve tried using it in the shower with various soaps, and I feel like this causes too much friction, which can cause excessive abrasion.I’d definitely recommend this product, but test in small patches and work progressively with very little pressure. Longer strokes worked best for me, but it my be different for others. It’ll take time and patience to find the optimal amount of pressure and number of passes, but when you find it, it’ll be well worth the effort. I’m so happy I can stop buying expensive shaving creams/gels.

   Best and highest quality callus remover ever
   Originally got this for my legs and forearms. I have coarse hairs and non-sensitive skin. I find that it exfoliates the skin at a faster rate than it removes the hair. By the time the hair is gone, the skin has been over exfoliated, leaving it feeling tender. I tried using it in shower with my skin oiled, the sensitivity was less but results were similarBut for rough, thick, stubborn calluses? Look no further. Luxurious/comfortable(ergonomically), quick and effective compared to pumice stones and that stainless steel ‘grater’ looking tool (can’t recall the name right now).Oh, and did I mention it’s long-lasting. It’s been in my shower for around a year, top off, and still looks and works like new.

   Has a learning curve, but great little product
   I had low expectations for this hair eraser after reading all the reviews but wanted to try it for myself. I actually love it! There’s definitely a learning curve but this is a great alternative (but not replacement) to shaving legs & arms for me. My notes:1) The instructions say to use this in the shower, but I found it way harder to see hairs and way easier to accidentally burn yourself when using this wet. I use it totally dry and ideally without lotion/product on the skin. If you do accidentally give yourself a « burn », it does hurt pretty bad, but you can tell before you get there so just trust what you’re feeling when it starts to hurt and stop going over that area. It doesn’t have to hurt in order to be effective. Big circular motions seem to work best for me with medium/light-medium pressure. It doesn’t take much more time for me than shaving, but I also hate shaving and kind of prefer this.2) This is harder to use if your hairs are long — the first time I tried it, my leg hairs were pretty long and this was more difficult to use/less effective/took longer. I find this to be a great option for keeping legs/arms less prickly in between thorough shaves. That’s what I like about it most — when the hairs start to grow back after using this, they are less sharp vs. when hairs grow back after using a razor when the hairs have been cut. I shave my arms, and my arms look and feel better with this, and for longer, than they do shaving.3) This likely won’t work well for people with really fine body hair. I have not been able to fully clear the areas of my arms/legs that have fine, blonde hairs vs. the areas that have darker, coarser hairs. It is difficult to fully get every single hair gone without overdoing it, but it definitely is smooth enough for me in between thorough shaves.4) I would not use this on sensitive areas like armpits, bikini area, etc. This thing definitely exfoliates (which is one of the perks of it — I live in the desert and this thing got layers of dead skin off that I didn’t even know I had) but you could wreck yourself if you have sensitive skin.5) The primary use cases for this that I can see so far: In between thorough shaves, to keep arms/legs mostly smooth. For a more exfoliating hair removal option. While camping/on trips when traditional shaving isn’t much of an option. If you unexpectedly need to have smooth legs but don’t have time/don’t want to fully shower. For a more pore-less, smooth finish if your shaved limbs usually look pore-y.So, TLDR: This little thing is great, but there is a learning curve, and it’s not a total replacement for shaving. Will absolutely buy again — I’ll be interested to see how long this one lasts!

   This thing really works. So easy to use. You just gently rub it over your legs and the hair is gone. I’d buy one again.

   Usé este producto para remover el vello de mis brazos, que es oscuro pero muy fino. De acuerdo con las instrucciones, después de bañarme con agua tibia y con la piel completamente seca, froté con suavidad en toda la zona y el vello se desprendió con facilidad. Tardé aproximadamente un minuto por brazo, sin necesidad de hacer presión ni lastimar la piel. Tampoco apareció irritación ni se me han encarnado los vellos. Eso sí, deben estar algo largos para que se caigan fácilmente. Tarda en volver a crecer lo mismo que si se hace con cuchilla pero muchísimo más sencillo y amigable con la piel.
