First Impressions
The kit is very nice, I just started using a few days ago and like the products. It does give a good feel and minty freshness without any harshness plus when you rinse out leaves you bathroom smelling minty freshness without any too :). I feel my gums are responding positively and will keep monitoring plus hope it might do a little teeth whitening as coconut oil pulling has been known to yet not sure. Overall so far I recommend to those considering to try.

Great Idea, But My Jawâs Tired Before I Finish
As someone whoâs all about essential oils and natural remedies, I was pumped to try Guru Nanda Oil Pulling Rinse. Iâve heard all the buzz about oil pulling, and I was ready to see if it could live up to the hype.What I Liked:Fresh Mouth Vibes: After using it, my mouth feels so fresh, like Iâve just had a professional teeth cleaning. Seriously, Iâm tempted to tell people I just got a dental appointment. The breath-freshening effect lasts too, so no complaints there.Natural Goodness: I love the use of essential oils here. It feels much better than using those harsh, chemical-filled mouthwashes that make your mouth feel like a science experiment.What Could Be Better:Thick as Cough Syrup: This rinse is thick. I mean thick. Iâm talking âyou could almost pour it on pancakesâ thick. The instructions say to swish for 10 minutes, but after two minutes, Iâm just staring at the clock wondering how much longer my jaw can take. Iâm working on building up to the full 10-minute routine (you know, baby steps), but for now, Iâm more of a 2-3 minute person with this stuff. If youâre someone who can handle thick textures and has jaw endurance, though, more power to you!Watch Out for Stains: They tell you to brush your teeth immediately after using this to avoid stains. I get it. But now Iâm paranoid about accidentally spilling it on my favorite white shirt. Iâve avoided wearing anything remotely « not dark » since starting this. Noticeable whitening and fresh breath!
left my mouth feeling fresh and teeth looked whiter after about 4 uses. It is easy to swish around as it has a fresh peppermint scent and it feels smooth and tastes sweet which made it so much better to keep in my mouth for up to 20 minutes. Absolutely loved the addition of the tongue scraper and soft tooth brush that came with the entire package. Money’s worth!

Nice minty flavor.
This tastes pretty good. If you use plain coconut oil for pulling this one has a minty taste. It comes with a measuring cup like cold syrup. It doesnât make me gag like plain coconut oil does. Itâs a thumbs up for me.

Love this mouth wash very good especially if you donât like coconut itâs mostly minty. Iâve also seen a big difference in my teeth no coffeee stains or bad mouth odor ! Getting my oral health check hoped it improves it

My first time trying this brand and i will be a customer for life:l. The floss that they include as a sample is the most effective floss iâve ever used i ended up buying a full bag and i will continue to buy their floss when i run out. iâve been using the coconut oil for about a week now and i would say my teeth look shinier and stronger like they look thicker, in the past i used to used crest white strips for so long that it made my teeth see-through now they donât look see-through. my breath stays fresher for longer as well. i truly recommend
